Responsibilities:

·Responsible for ensuring the strip factory physical facility (plant, machinery, building and services) are maintained in a safe good working order to maintain a continuity of operation.

·Responsible for ensuring proper safe guards and for maintaining plant, equipment and services in safe operating conditions.

·Responsible for developing local plant operations and maintenance procedures and schedules.

·Responsible for all aspects of the operation, maintenance and repair of the plant buildings and grounds.

·Perform necessary maintenance of plant facilities, mechanical, electrical equipment and service equipment.

·Work with third-party maintenance contractors and equipment vendors.

·Responsible for Utilities generation and distribution of power, water, mechanical, electrical, and HVAC operations.

·Perform scheduled inspection and routine servicing of installed equipment and maintain accurate records of the maintenance of all installed plant and equipment.

·Responsibility for creation and management of mechanicals stores.

·Responsible for alterations and new installations.

·Document and report all facility related problems.





Qualifications

·Bachelor's degree in an engineering field or equivalent experience required.

·Seven years of hands-on experience in facility plant facilities, mechanical, electrical equipment and service equipment.

·May require knowledge of mechanical, electrical Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) or Direct Digital Control (DDC) systems.

·Demonstrate communication and interpersonal skills.

·Able to manage and train entry-level maintenance personnel.

·Able to deal with suppliers, customers and others at all levels.

·Proficiency in written and spoken English a plus, but not required.
