Description:

1. Participate in electronic hardware design including part selection, schematic design, PCB design, DFM and troubleshooting.

2. Lead development effort for product development from ES to MP stage.

3. Continuously perform yield improvement and cost reduction.

4. Manage electronic team to ensure the quality of work is as per specification and is completed on time.

5. Proactive coordinate with other teams for proper execution and planning.

6. Actively monitor, research and evaluate relevant technologies on an ongoing basis.

7. Any other duties and responsibilities as designated by Engineering Manager.



Requirements:

1. Degree in electronic engineering or related field.

2. 10+ years experience in R&D and manufacturing environment.

3. Knowledge of medical device and electronic international standards is a plus.

4. Detail oriented, careful, independent and proactive.

5. Proficiency in Protel dxp Altium Design 6, etc.

6. Capable of written and spoken English.
