R&D COST ENGINEER
研发成本工程师
Required Educational Background: 教育背景要求
Major in Mechanical Engineering or related， Bachelor degree
机械工程专业或相关专业
Required knowledge:
2+ years working experience in small home appliance cost analysis;
BOM cost accounting, Explode view creation and maintains from beginning to MP start;
Basic knowledge of CAD 3D/2D Pro Engineer (v. WF3 or above) and Autocad;
Good working knowledge of thermoplastic technologies;
Cost calculation for plastic part and others commercial components is a must;
Good working knowledge of aluminium die-casting technologies and sheet metal stamping;
Proficient in using Microsoft Office package, Internet and E-mail;
Good knowledge on electromechanical components used on appliances like Coffee Maker, Steam Station, Food Processor, etc.;
Job Description:
Creating a price database, to collect and maintain raw material (Plastic and metal) and all other components cost updated;
Report to R&D Manager and send all BOM cost per scheduled;
To develop BOM and Explode view and calculate each component cost, and to maintain these documents updated from project start to mass production;
Cooperate with suppliers to find key commercial components and support purchasing dept for the lead time, advise all components availability to purchasing dept during product developing. (from T1…, Pilot run and MP start);
High sense of working enthusiasm and can continuous to provide solutions to various requirements from customers.
Required Languages:
Good in written and spoken English, with good working knowledge of technical terminology;
Good in written and spoken Mandarin, with good working knowledge of technical terminology;
Other Requirements:
High sense of Teamwork;
Open minded and willing to learn;
Honest and reliable attitude;
Available to brief business trips in China.
