职位描述
职责 & 基本的工作内容
1. 负责从新产品开发到量产的品质，品质问题的分析和改善。
2. 制订产品的质量控制文件，如控制计划和质量标准（SIP)。
3. 跟进提高制造的良率、出货品质，对质量问题进行分析改善。
4. 量产前对QC和作业员进行新产品标准和相关品质知识的的培训。
5. 收集质量数据，进行统计分析，提交品质日报和周报给客人或内部团队 。
6. 处理质量事故和客人投诉，提交8D报告给客人。
7. 推动团队工作来分析问题并持续改善。
8. 为QC提供技术支持和培训以控制产品质量 。
9.与PM,PD和其他关键的内部团队建立良好工作关系, ,提供质量工程技术支持。

任职资格
1.大专或以上学历，有三年以上制造工厂品质管理经验。
2.能够运用统计技术和数据分析来改善生产过程。
3.良好的ISO质量体系知识，熟练应用质量工具分析解决问题，如QC七大手法、SPC，MSA, 8D等。
4.有一定的工程技术基础，能看懂工程技术图纸。熟练使用各种测量仪器，如、卡尺、千分尺、高度尺、视像投影仪等。
5.有一定的英语读写能力，能进行日常工作的英文邮件沟通。
6.能熟练操作office 办公软件， 如Excel. Word, PPT。
