职责：
芬兰工程咨询公司，需招聘HSE Coordinator，工作地点：南通
Position: HSE Coordinator
Reporting to: Site Manager
Key result responsibilities / objectives:
Observe daily actions on workshop
Stop work when recognized too risky for safety or environment
Train worker / work group for more safety work methods
Report observations to COMPANY management and subcontractors management
Keep records for HSE statistics
Co-operate with subcontractors HSE responsible for data and improving Their safety for COMPANY scope of work
Daily operations are reported to Site Manager
System vise he reports to COMPANY Group QHSE Manager
HSE system improvement locally based on subcontractors existing system by verifying written instructions, procedures and system descriptions. Auditing the implementation on COMPANY’s project scope of work. Helping them to improve where necessary.
Leading safety walks at sites at least once per week keeping records of those and report lacks on HSE at site and improvements of those
Drive an Action Plan to clean up those Audit Findings
Train people of COMPANY or its subcontractor when needed, organize regular “tool-box” instructions on current HSE issues on sites
Other tasks and assignments given by supervisor
Liaise daily with COMPANY Quality Coordinator
Liaise daily with Global QHSE Manager and HSE Coordinator
Prepare weekly HSE report for Site Manager

Competencies required:
Good knowledge of quality inspections and testing
Fluent spoken and written English
Good communication skills with client
Meticulous document control
Good skills with common office programs (Word, Excel, Autocad)
