- Responsible for all issues related to product development and production.
- Review all samples and reports.
- Technical support to the production and quality control from sample review to product shipment date.
- Analyze breakdown and material consumption.
- Provide technical advice to design and merchandising team in research and development stage.
- Coach and guide QCs on sampling and production quality control.
- Sample inspection and reports:
- Inspect samples (sub-assembly product samples, pilot-run samples or customers' samples) including materials, accessories, parts, components etc.
- Provide the statistics of weekly job and inspection.
