Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years in sourcing / purchasing / merchandising
- Experience in fashion accessories, various kinds of bags , scarf , hats, gloves is an essential.
- With good sense of fashion / trends in European market
- Responsible to search the right suppliers based on customers' styles / briefs for each seasons
- Communicate with merchandisers for samples developments and monitor on factory 's processes on new development
- Good time management skills and ability to work with tight deadlines.
- Pleasant and outgoing personality.
- Good communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Good command on both English and Mandarin.
- Knowledge in factory social compliance issues
- Office location: Dongguan, ChangPing

Job responsibilities:
- Perform supplier visit to evaluate supplier’s capability on production so do get primary information on supplier’s social compliance level
- Supplier production site evaluation on the production capability by production lines / equipments set up.
- Follow up on quotation and development processes from sketches to primary samples
- Instruct and educate suppliers according to the company and customers’ testing & packing requirements
- Support merchandising teams by providing suitable suppliers for new development and customers’ enquiries.
- Prepare sourcing report regularly to sourcing manager in order to catch up the sourcing time line
- Supplier database maintenance on potential / new sources suppliers
- Take part in exhibitions and fairs as part of the souring channel of potential supplier
