Responsibilities
- Lead QA team & supervise the team to review all samples and reports.
- Assign projects to the QA team and monitor the progress on a daily basis.
- Investigate and response timely to customer’s queries on quality and technical issues.
- Lead and guide the QA team to complete their tasks properly and effectively.


Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Engineering, Science or related field.
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience on quality assurance and control processes for bags / jewelry / hardgoods and at least 2 years in managerial role.
- Able to communicate with overseas customers.
- Mature, responsible, self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
- Hands-on experience, proactive, good problem solving and analytical skill.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
