职位描述

Functional Outcomes:

  • To receive orders from Sweden HQ and place booking with forwarder once order is released.
  • To receive orders from Sweden HQ and customers, then place order to vendors and send order confirmation to customers within 2-4 days. Arrange booking with forwarders in due course according to the delivery schedule.
  • To arrange loading for released order and deliver them to terminal / forwarder warehouse to meet the closing time.
  • Send the shipper’s instruction form to vendors and they will arrange delivery to the forwarders specified by our customers.
  • To prepare weekly / monthly shipment record, pending orders and inventory list for management review.
  • To check invoices from forwarder, send invoices to Sweden HQ and update forwarder payment record list each Friday.
  • Payment to forwarder unnecessary view our term FCA HK.
  • To make sure all shipping documents uploaded onto server as well as forwarder payment invoices once order is shipped out.
  • Prepare our shipping documents upon receipt of commercial documents from vendors then upload a full set documents onto server after shipment.
  • Send a full set document to customers when it is ready.
  • To manage Mass Production sample receiving, sign receipt to vendors and send MP sample monthly record to management.(OK)
  • To conduct monthly, quarterly and annual stock-taking in warehouse and send inventory audit report to PanLink China Management.
  • To be the co-ordinator of the Domestic sales in the goods arrangement, doc preparation and other actions relating to Domestic sales in China. (It is not applicable)
  • To maintain good relationship with forwarders.
  • To cooperate with the person in charge of warehouse for efficient daily operation, like outbound and inbound exceptional cases missing, overflow, and etc..
  • To assist the Purchase manager, Production / Project manager in the stock analysis and order placement.


Qualifications and personal attributes:

Preferred:

  • Good communication skills in English and Mandarin.
  • Experience in warehouse management, global distribution, and logistics.
  • Experience in team cooperation.
  • With knowledge of ERP and IT skills.

Personal Attributes:

  • Always eager to learn in the work period.
  • Ability to work within and co-ordinate with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Detail oriented in reviewing documentation.
  • Ability to balance time constraints with attention to detail.


Reporting Relationships:

  • Direct reporting will be to General Manager- PanLink China office.
  • Objectives will be set in line with overall Company goals.
  • Performance will be reviewed after 6 months and bi-annually from start date.
