Responsibilities:

Responsible for new product/technology transition, test flow/process set-up, test yield improvement, test time reduction and quality support (EQC. OQRM/QAWR FA)

Perform electrical failure analysis by common or specific tools to understand the root cause of the different yield issues and work with relative teams and CM to address the issues timelyGenerate test working instruction, DOE report and yield continuous improvement plan; Low yield lot disposition

Requirements:

Bachelor degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with 2 ~ 3 yield working experience

Understanding of NAND structure and operation, strong FA experience on system level (NAND based products) and schematic interpretation skill

Understanding SD-SIP, USB-SIP assembly process and well know about USB/SD/CF product structure and protocol

Experiences in C, Perl and Python is plus

Problem-solving skill with DOE and analytical skills by data plot, familiar with JMP is plus

Ability to work well with people, achieve results in a fast moving, dynamic environment

Ability to troubleshoot and analyze complex problems. Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines

Good in written and verbal English

Work location: DongGuan area(Will stop by SanDisk Shenzhen office when necessary, most of time will be located in CM office)
