Responsibilities:

1. According to the recruitment demands, make job posting via all internal and external recruiting channels once the vacancy occurs.
2. Follow up the on boarding/separation process.
3. Complete the resume screening, interview arrangement, recruitment documents collect and filing and etc.
4. Coordinate the interview arrangement with candidates & hiring manager.
5. Update and manage Staff information database and other related HR reports.
6. Follow up the staff’s social insurance and housing fund.
7. Complete other work assigned by Superior.


Requirements:
1.University graduate in Human Resources Management or related discipline with 1-2 years relevant experience.
2.Experienced in candidate selection and interview is preferred.
3.Independent and good communication skills.
4.Good command of English.
5.Contract period: 10 months
