Job Description:
Responsible for electronic products introduction from engineering to production.
负责电子产品从工程开发到生产导入。
Responsibilities 职责
Introduce new products from engineering to production.
负责新产品从工程开发阶段到生产导入。
Work with PM, SCM and SQE team to identify and escalate manufacturing challenges to fulfill product first launch/mass production plan.
与 PM ,SCM和SQE部门一起发现并逐级处理产品制造中存在的问题，实现产品首次出货和正式量产的计划。
Ensure technical readiness for product ramp and serve as technical advisor to factories. Implement and optimize processes at OEM; including identification, specification, design and qualification of fixtures, test equipment and diagnostic software.
确保产品生产前技术方面的完备性，担当工厂的技术顾问。在OEM工厂实施并优化制造流程，包括生产治具、测试设备和软件的规划、规格制定、设计和批准。
Develop, review and supervise the execution of equipment requirement plans to support new product manufacturing and test.
规划、评审并监督设备计划在执行，以支持新产品在生产和测试。
Work with factories to implement and optimize manufacturing 1st pass yields and efficiency from prototype through product ramp.
从样品到生产导入期间，跟工厂一起实施优率和效率的优化
Support cost reduction and sustaining activities.
支援产品成本控制和可持续化的措施
Skills and Qualifications:
1. University degree in electronic engineering or similar technical field.
电子工程或类似领域大学毕业
2. 5+ years experiences in PC/tablet/phone or other consumer electronics
5年以上PC/平板电脑/手机或其它消费类电子经验
3. Highly organised, with proven ability in the delivery of project needs working within strict time constraints. Would be expected to take a pro-active approach to identification & mitigation of project risk so as to deliver high quality products, often to challenging timescales.
做事有条理，有能经证实的项目工作经验，能适应在非常紧张的时间内完成项目设计和变更。能有预见性的在设计开始前进行项目风险预估并予以安排适当的处理措施
4. Ability to work independently and ensure timely and accurate communication between Sigma and our OEM partners.
能独立工作，确保在Sigma和工厂间建立有效快捷的沟通。
5. Good at problem solving techniques, like FMEA, Cpk study, DOE and other statistics analysis tools
问题分析和处理能力强，熟悉如FMEA、Cpk分析、DOE及其他统计分析工具
6. English reading and writing
具备英文读写能力
7. Good team player and have good interpersonal communication skill.
人际沟通能力强，善于团队合作
