Purpose of Position:
The costing accountant position monitors cost modules for all programs effectively and to ensure the cost analysis reports are provided timely/accurately.

Principal Accountabilities:
? BOM & FG master data maintenance
? All approval forms checking related to costing
? Inventory turnover management
? Standard cost update into AX, verify PPV to justify STD cost to be more accurate
? Reports for costing function (costing tracking report, direct labor and overhead analysis, inventory turnover and trend analysis, monthly purchase cost, etc.)
? Monthly closing for costing function (PPV reports, Inventory Obsolescence provision, production variance allocation, production hours &quantity, etc.)
? Monthly inventory stock counting and yearly evaluation and suggestion for improvement.
? Internal and external audit support, makes sure material and finished goods warehouse report is accurate and based on authentic records

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
? University graduates in Finance or Accounting are welcome, 5 + years' working experiences in manufacture, better with costing experience in manufacture environment.
? Team player, self motivated, be confident & willing to take challenges, smart working
? ERP software knowledge would be an asset
? Good Chinese and English bilingual communication skills
? Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, Axapta).
