首要职责
Principal Accountabilities:
? Develop and optimize machine process conditions for mixing /blending, plastisol coating, roto gravure printing and embossing of synthetic leather.
? Work closely with quality, production and product development groups to ensure product defects are minimized.
? Participate in cross functional teams to develop control plans, FMEA’s and process specifications and root cause problem solving.
? Develop and implement continuous improvement plan for all products and processes.
? Develop and implement cost reduction plan for all products and processes.
? Create and modify written area work instructions for all process steps.
? As directed, develop specifications for purchasing new or modifying existing manufacturing equipment

学历及技能要求
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
? Bachelors degree in Engineering or related discipline or equivalent work experience
? Knowledge of processes and materials used in the manufacture of synthetic leather intended for automotive end use applications.
? Ability to travel
? Proficient in the English language, both written and verbal skills
? A minimum of 3 years experience in a manufacturing environment.
? Experience in roto gravure printing and process improvement of printing processes.
? Color matching knowledge and skills.
? Experience in plastisol coating process an asset.
? Computer proficiency including MS Word, Excel, and AutoCAD
? Experience with TS16949 automotive quality standard
? Working knowledge of statistics
