职位描述
Responsibilities:
Staffing
- Work as National Share Service Center to manage headhunter and web recruitment resources and deliver monthly staffing analysis report;
-To work with site leaders & HR contact to prepare headcount budget/manpower planning;
-To be responsible for national recruitment and provide candidates pool to site managers and HR contact with good communication;
-Ensure appropriate on-board procedures are taken for new employees including orientation arrangement (roadmap, checklist etc.) and coordinate with business supervisors, secretaries and other related departments, and delivering orientation regarding HR policies, procedures and practices in two SH site.
Employee training and development
-Analyze regional / company business development needs and employee skill profiles to prepare proposals on employee training programs. Responsibility for performing Training Needs Analysis for China;
-Source, identify and evaluate the effectiveness of the training activities and propose improvement/changes;
-To be training and development contact person in China and communicate with global team.
Organization Management
-Support HRD to work on talent pipeline and succession planning project and discuss with every site leaders;
-Lead National Performance Management process and communication with site HR contact person with necessary training and coaching;
-Focusing on "Must Keep" and "Emerging Talent" staff and deliver individual development plan.
Employee Communication
-Support on promoting Flint "Can Do" culture within China ? Take charge of quarterly brief released to everyone in China;
-Coordinate ER-related surveys (GES) and programs and input activity coordination in Flint China;
-Core Team member Personal Care & retention;
-Any other project support assigned by HRD.
Requirements:
-Education: Bachelor degree or above of Human Resources related major;
-Working Experience: Over 8 years of working experiences and 3 years human resources management experience;
-Technical & Professional Knowledge: Operation experiences in recruiting, staffing, performance management, training & development; Chinese labour law and local explanatory regulations;
-Good Communication skill with teamwork sprit;
-Willing to take challenge and work under pressure;
-Fluent in both oral and written English.
