职位描述
A). Must be familiar with 4 color printing (CMYK).Previous graphic experience a plus.
B). Possess the ability to recognize variations in color and registration on printed artwork.
C). Ability to travel within China and Hong Kong.Must be flexible to accommodate changes to the weekly schedule set forth by Headquarter.
D). Self motivated with strong work ethics.
E). Pleasant personality and excellent verbal skill
F). Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese.
G). Speak English intermediate to advance levels with the confidence to communicate directly to U.S.
H). Ability to direct vendors in solving adverse situations.
I). Work well in conjunction with other team members.
J). Computer literate with all Microsoft type applications.
K). Have general aptitude for technical and mechanical functions involving machinery and raw materials.
L). Background or general knowledge of quality assurance practices also a plus.
M). Ability to interpret technical drawings and have an understanding of the technical terminology to include:
1).The ability to interpret tolerances for a requirement and applying them for inspection.
2).The ability to interpret material requirements on the drawing and validating those requirements against a First Article sample.
3).The ability to measure a First Article sample by use of inspection tools such as a ruler (assembly dimensions), veneer calipers (tooling dimensions), and a micrometer (thickness dimensions).
Phase 1 Job Function:
A). This individual will initially be trained in the process of inspecting reverse side color printing, registration, color balance and printing procedures to contribute in problem solving.
B). Will be assigned variable functions in respect to manufacturing quality assurance,
with external support and direction from Headquarter.
C). Will be required to travel within China to various vendors for press checks and production inspections (both Work in Process and Outgoing Inspections).
D). Provide expense and inspection reports with accuracy. Maintain production, material, and quality records electronically for trend analysis data support.
Note: Additional phases to support other areas in Production, Design, and Quality Assurance for Collectables Division and integrating the candidate to support PDMS Division will later be implemented upon completion of Phase 1.
