Your challenge

·Frequently travel, tight time management, excellent communication skill, and independent spirit.

·Well planning in the Supplier certification process and get thing done in timely manner to introduce supplier into Philips supply based with risk mitigation through on-site audit process

Your responsibilities

·Perform the on-site audit according to Philips requirements

·Follow up with the supplier per audit findings

·Introduction supplier into Philips supply based with low risk

·Gain knowledge in terms of management, supply chain, engineering and production in difference CL category

We are looking for:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering

· With 4-12 yrs engineering related work experience in MNCs.

· Possesses expertise in quality systems, methodologies, tool and techniques that he/she is able to establish standards and practices

· Good understanding of statistical methods, quality tools and methodologies QFD, CtQ breakdown, DfSS, SPC, AQP, FMEA, Control Plan)

· Six Sigma GB/ BB certification preferred

· Lead auditor in ISO9001/ ISO14001/OHAS18000/(FDA/TS16949-optional),Auditing Skills preferred to process/system Lead Auditor certification

· Highly motivated, action oriented, persistent towards accomplishing tasks and drives for success,

· Sense of urgency, energetic, positive, willing to learn new things.

· Ability to communicate well, oral and written, in English and local language

· Fosters good cross functional communications and integrates the work of managers to achieve business objectives

· Is capable of understanding global approach and align locally

· Is accurate and delivers quality work
