Our client is a successful, up and coming retail company from Hong Kong, with its own manufacturing facilities in Dongguan, China. They are seeking strong candidates for the following position:

Purpose of position:

The position needs to lead the finance and accounting team and the person is responsible to manage the finance and accounting function of the company’s retail and manufacturing activities in China.

Main Responsibilities:

Account and finance report
? Develop and enhance accounting & finance report system (budget, cash flow, consolidation report), etc.;
? Conduct monthly account closing and reconciliations;
? Ensure smooth and on-time monthly closing and prepare financial analysis of each operation and consolidated accounts for management review.
? Manage group consolidation /annual and monthly budget/FS /cash flow /sales forecast/ credit control/cost control/internal audit, and other analysis report etc.;

Management and finance control systems:
? Process review, credit control and operation efficiency improvement;
? Prepare the business plan and investment plan to senior management for capital input decision making;
? Further develop and enhance accounting and financial management and financial control systems;
? Setup cost control system;
? Setup credit control policy and related reports;
? Handle tax reporting for China to ensure on time completion of statutory audits;
? In charge of group annual audit and tax planning;
? Setup and implement internal control policies;
? Liaise with banker for credit line facility and cash flow management;
? Participate in ERP/SAP development and implementation.

Key Requirements:
? University graduate in accounting or equivalent;
? Min 10 years of experience in accounting/finance management in China;
? Strong exposure to finance/accounting management for retail operations in China, with good understanding of financial controls in manufacturing environment;
? Must be well organized, responsible & have strong analytical ability.
