Responsibility:
1. Manages the staff compensation and benefits programs with the help of HRIS, including monthly payroll calculation, income tax reporting, social benefit & welfare programs, etc.
2. Produces monthly reports and C&B analysis reports.
3. Works closely with department heads and line leaders in C&B related tasks and provide professional guidance and support.
4. Initiates or participates C&B related programes, including policy and procedure standardization, workforce planning, labor cost monitoring and reduction, etc.
5. Assists in annual salary review and salary budgeting.
6. Other tasks as assigned by the company.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree, majoring in human resources or related discipline.
2. At least 5 years experience in human resources with 3+ years experience in C&B function. Industrial/manufacturing experience in MNC is a must.
3. Proficient in using HR Information System.
4. Familiar with national & local labor laws, regulations and practices.
5. A fast learner, strong sense of data accuracy and good analytical skill.
6. Mature, detail-orientated, hard working, good communication skill and a team player.
7. Good command of Chinese and English, both in oral and written.
