我们的客户是一家专业生产高档皮具产品为主的大型港资集团公司，产品主要销往欧美市场，主要客户有Coach、DB、Burberry、GAP等世界顶尖手袋品牌。

Report to: 集团品控总监

Job summary 工作概要：

1. 围绕公司内建立起来的品质管制系统，实施有效的监控，确保产品品质和服务品质的持续改进。

Key Responsibilities 主要职责:

1. 协助公司高层领导公司里建立、实施和保持品质管制体系。
2. 协助业务部，识别客户的需求与期望，组织相关部门对产品进行评判，并负责与客户进行品质方面的沟通。
3. 准确传达各客的品质要求，协助生产部评审产品的品质及制程中的控制。
4. 协助生产总监对不合格产品的处理决定，并跟从改善的效果及相应的改进、纠正和预防措施。
5. 协助营业部对原物料的品质做出判断及批核，并定期对供应商作出评估。
6. 协助公司高层做好对大货的监管，并能针对性提出有效的建议。
7. 定期作出所有品质的统计汇报及业绩评估，包括改进的需求。
8. 培训部门人员如何做好管理及监控要求的理解，指导他们作为一名管理的工作方法与方式，并对他们提出的改善建议给予批判和确认。
9. 对部门人员在总体管理与监控能力上进行考核及评估，并给予纠正与培训。
10. 处理日常工作中临时的突发状况。

Job Requirements 职位要求:

1. 本科以上学历，受过品质管理、ISO、六西格玛培训等方面知识。
2. 具备手袋/纺织/服装/五金饰品类的品质经理管理五年以上的经验。
3. 了解走欧美市场高档皮具的要求及在大型企业中的品质、管理控制流程。
4. 熟悉皮料/五金类、纺织类的原物料控制、产成品的制作流程。
5. 有品质控制的流程及手法技能。
6. 电脑操作熟练。
7. 英文为工作语言，听说读写流利。
8. 具备较强的沟通能力和人际关系技能。
9. 责任心强，较独立，能承受工作的压力。
10. 具备较强的组织、策划、协调、控制能力。
11. 诚实踏实，认真热心，具有良好的敬业精神和个人素养。
12. 以大局为重，具有很好的团队精神。
