Candidate Summary

A reliable, capable and enthusiastic supervisor who is able to take on the management and coordinating duties of a leadership role. He possesses extensive experience of supporting, developing and motivating teams to do better and to drive continuous improvements across a range of work activities. Also have a track record of coming up with practical improvement initiatives which enhance a company’s overall effectiveness and harnesses the latent/potential of its workers.

Summary of Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the design of new inspections operational process.

2. Responsible for the restructuration of current inspection operational process.

3. Responsible of the implementation of new inspection operational process.

4. Supervision of new operational process.

5. Constant Improvement of operational process.

6. Contact Inspectors candidates for interviews.

7. Arrange new hires’ to learn how to make inspection and review their reports by giving constructive suggestions.

8. Provide merit guideline to inspectors.

9. Check inspectors work performance and give advice to them.

10. Weekly visits to factories in order to perform audits to inspectors.

11. Proactive communication with colleagues in Mexico in order to understand new regulations and customs requirements.

12. Assist manager to decide inspector’ training materials

13. Assist the colleague of Mexico to solve the inspection problems

14. Give training to inspectors and Guide the inspectors

15. Work closely with manger on the recruitment plan and give relative suggestions

16. Supervise inspectors and ensure quality in inspector’s duty as per GOAL standards.

17. Go to inspection places to do Inspection Audits to Inspectors.

18. Ensure Inspectors send reports on time to office as per GOAL standards.

19. Distribute and manage company properties (such as camera and calipers ) and send it to inspectors accordingly

20. Other tasks assigned by manager

Knowledge & Education Requirement

1. Engineering University degree.

2. Fluency in writing and speaking Business English.

3. Related formation in ISO9001 and quality assurance.

Skill Qualification

1. Fluency in writing and speaking English.

2. Proficient in advanced office software.

3. Proficient in database management (Excel office, dynamic charts, macros, etc)

4. Careful, serious, responsible.

5. A high level of maturity.

6. Good leadership skill.

Work Experience Requirement

ü 2 year experience in re-design, development, implementation and management of new operational process.

ü Related work experience regarding ISO9001 like certified internal auditor.

ü Experience in quality areas in service sector.

OUR SERVICE: PRE SHIPMENT INSPECTION IN ORIGIN
It consists on the physical and documentary shipments review in the country of origin (Indonesia) this allows that shipments at arrival in Mexican port, comply with all requirements of local customs authorities, obtaining the clearance of goods just the next day after container reach Mexican port.

SCOPE OF OUR SERVICE
 Supervise the good condition of the container
 Count the quantity of packages stuffed into the container.
 Count the quantity of pieces per package.
 Take detailed photographs of all items stuffed into the container.
 Compliance with commercial Official Mexican Standards (NOMs)
 Compliance with non-tariff regulations
 Validation of the corresponding HS code
 Documentary shipments review
