Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to solution group's project in terms of feature management
• Assist business collaborations between, product team, and partners.
• Working with virtual teams to drive key initiatives that will deliver tangible results.
• Negotiate tradeoff decisions, considering usability priorities, available resources, and other constraining factors.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years experiences on program management in IT industry
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills in both Chinese and English
• Excellent analytical, conceptual, planning and project management abilities
• Strong cross-group collaboration and partnering skills
• Passion for driving customer satisfaction, building loyalty, and a strong drive for results
• Ability to see the big picture/goal and continuously drive to accomplish it without overlooking the details
• Comfort working under deadlines, producing key deliverables, and presenting in front of diverse audiences
• Working independently to manage complex project schedules and solve complex problems

Preferred Skills:

• ASP.net / C# working experience is preferred
• Experience in telecommunication industry is preferred
• Knowledge of business processes like contracting, licensing

Professional English language background is a big plu
