This is an entry-level role for someone with a strong background in business, finance, accounting, economics or IT/engineering. The role is an excellent opportunity for any candidate who is interested in learning about strategy, analysis and decision making in a large, global company. This is a non-technical position. Knowledge of the IT industry is preferred but not required. The responsibilities and qualifications are as follows:
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Maintain the relationship with clients and extend potential business opportunity
2. Maintain and enhance existing internal company reports
3. Assist in the creation of new reports and dashboards as well as ad hoc analysis and reports to help middle and senior level managers make smart business decisions
4. Identify areas of potential internal process improvement and take initiative to drive these improvements
5. Create highly professional English and Chinese marketing and sales materials to help our business grow. Such materials will include company introductions, brochures, case studies, presentations and sales proposals.
6. Support the administrative needs of the office of our Chief Operating Officer
Key Qualifications:
1. Careful and meticulous, very strong attention to detail
2. Basic understanding of Excel and PowerPoint, ability to ramp up quickly on more advanced functions
3. Excellent organizational skills, able to coordinate tasks involving many different team members around the world (Shanghai, Shenzhen, Beijing, Seattle)
4. Dedication to producing high quality and accurate results
5. Oversea education background is big plus
6. Fluent English communication ability (written and spoken); Native level Chinese
7. Strong communication skills (not language skills, but the key principles of communication: clarity, logic, structure, persuasiveness)
