Starch Sales:

淀粉销售：

• Develop corn starch and waxy corn strach market in China, identify the business opportunity in China and reach annual sales target.
• 开发玉米淀粉及蜡质玉米淀粉业务。发掘国内的商机。完成年度销售目标。

Satisfy customers:

客户满意：

• Manage customer needs regarding technical service, customer service and marketing support in order to achieve the objectives.
• 为达到客户满意的目标，通过提供技术支持、客户服务和市场支持来管理客户需求。
• Utilize technical and application expertise to provide solutions to customers.
• 通过使用技术或应用方面的专业知识为客户提供解决办法。

Understand the market and competitors

了解市场和竞争对手：

• Analyse the market and the opportunities
• 分析市场和机会
• Monitor activities of competitors
• 了解竞争对手的活动

Ensure proper management of credit/market risks

确保对信贷或市场风险的有效管理：

• Monitor the credit limits for identified customers and the overdue receivables.
• 掌握关联客户的信贷额度及逾期帐款情况。
• Ensure the credit policies are properly applied.
• 确保信贷政策被有效执行。

Assist in establishing the proper GTM in China

协助建立合适的进入中国市场的方式

• Collaborate with the other business units (CSA, CCC, ROCM and Sugar) and develop new business opportunity for Cargill.
• 与其它业务单位合作为嘉吉开拓中国市场的商机，例如特种配料事业部、精炼油和砂糖业务单位。

Education, Experience, Skills:

教育背景，工作经验，专业技能：

• - Minimum education: University degree with major in food science or business
• 食品科学或工商管理专业大学本科及其以上学历
• - Speaking in Mandarin and English
• 普通话及英语口语熟练
• - Minimum 3－5 years experience in sales work ， starch slaes is preferred.
• 3－5年以上的销售工作经验, 淀粉销售经验更为有利
• - Good communication skills
• 良好的沟通技巧
• - Good commercial ethics
• 良好的商业道德
• - Good strategic thinking
• 良好的战略思维
• - Strong execution ability to achieve challenging target
