工作内容：

1. Responsible for all aspects of inspection including programming and operation of Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM's) and other precision inspection equipment.

负责三坐标和其他精密检测设备的所有相关检验工作包括三坐标的编程和操作。

2. Training QC to operate CMM. 培训检验员操作三坐标。

3. Schedule calibration and maintenance of precision and inspection equipment.

安排精密仪器和量具的校验和维护保养。

4. Evaluation, review and recommendation of new inspection equipment.

评估、检查、推荐新的检验设备。

5. Support production unit to deal with quality problems, define and follow up corrective actions and preventive actions.

支持生产部门进行质量问题的处理，提出并跟踪整改措施和预防措施。

6. Maintain documentation for internal and external suppliers (Q2, Q3, RF…) and inspection reports for tractability.

维护内部和外部供应商的文档（Q2，Q3，RF，...）和检验报告，保持可追溯。

7. Develop and maintain procedures and guidelines for inspection of materials and incoming goods.改善和维护进料检验流程和指导。

8. Continuously improve quality inspection procedure, authorize inspection plan.

持续改进质检流程，编制检验计划。

9. Coorperate with supplier quality engineer to improve supplier measurements technology. 协助供应商质量工程师提高供应商的量具能力。

10. Responsible for analysis quality data, and proceed the quality improvement project. 负责对质量数据分析，并启动质量改进项目。

Other task assigned by direct supervisor. 由直接主管安排的其他工作。



能力要求：



1.Bachelor degree or above 本科及以上学历

2.Mechanical engineer or related discipline 机械相关专业

3.More than 3 years quality engineer experience in mechanical field. CMM programming experience is preferred.三年以上机械行业质量工程师工作经验，有三坐标编程经验者优先

4.Quality and inspection control system, problem solving skill and quality tools, measurement technology, and mechanical background. 质量和检验控制体系，问题解决技巧和质量工具，量具知识，机械专业背景

5.SAP or ERP knowledge is preferred 最好有SAP或ERP经验

6.Have good communication and cooperation ability, team work, high motivation and passion of working, strong quality consciousness. MS Office applications require. 良好的沟通协调能力和团队精神，良好的工作动力和激情，良好的质量意识。熟练运用office软件

7.English 英语的日常使用是必须的
