职位描述
Job Requirements :
- Degree in Business Administration / Human Resources Management.
- Minimum 6 years working experience in all round human resources, preferable working at the multinational , sourcing or trading company is an advantage.
- Solid experience in recruitment, performance management and budgeting.
- Have in-depth knowledge in PRC labor laws.
- Fluent spoken and written Cantonese & English & Mandarin.
- Computer Skills : Words, Excel, Power-Point, E-mail system, Chinese Word Processing.
- Prefer immediate available.
Key Accountabilities :
- Monitor compensation administration services to associates under Shenzhen & Dongguan office: Monthly payroll and insurance contribution, final payment for separated staff, salary tax to ensure operating effectively.
- Analysis job requirements and prepare job descriptions for recruitment, job evaluation and other purposes.
- Monitor, evaluate and participate in the recruitment process to ensure that recruiting the best people for available jobs and complies with legislation.
- Check and verify employment contracts and other documents in relating to terms and conditions of employment to ensure that the comply complies with legal requirements.
- Responsible to provide the orientation program for new associates into the Company, including staff induction.
- Provide support and advice to managers on the planning of their workforce requirements.
- Assist in the development of personnel procedures to ensure that the Company follows best practice and avoids infringing employment laws.
- Oversee implementation the procedures of performance appraisals, pension and benefits plan and annual salary review in a accurate time scales.
- Prepare HR monthly reports to provide information to management.
- Keep up to date on government rules and regulations that might affect associates compensation packages. Implement changes accordingly.
- Assist in the execution and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.
- Discuss staff issues and provide recommendation accordingly.
- Keep close communication with staffs and line managers on relocation related issue and provide logistics support.
