Job Responsibility & Accountability (Key Roles, Functions & Accountabilities)
Customer Satisfaction:
a, Maintain high-level communication with assigned Clients and ensure fast response time.
b, Attend client meetings as senior Technical Manager:
---to review IAC operational performance;
---to present Corrective Action Reports on complaints/concerns identified by the client. Ensure use of root cause analysis, effective and systematic improvement plans, and;
---to talk about challenges in Client’s business, present on how BV’s current services could assist in these challenges as applicable, and identify ways that BV might enhance our current services in order to keep up with Client’s needs and demands.

Project Supervision:
a, Engage internal functional parties (Program Service Delivery, IT, Global QA, Incident Management Process team, Customer Relationship Management, IAC Regional General Managers, etc.) to ensure internal operational excellence and continuing project optimization;
b, Review and approve updated client documents (including COP/IFI based on the client’s expectations and standard operating procedures).

Operational Excellence Supervision:
a, Work with IAC GMs, PSD and CRM to monitor service execution, investigate issues, share and adopt best practices being learned within and outside the IAC organization.
b, For CARs or Client IMPs, work with IAC GMs for systematical or process changes using root cause investigation and effective improvement plans.
c, Train/Assess teams in high technical-oriented calibration exercises. Also responsible for retraining exercises and/or field performance validation audits.
d, Identify risks and escalate to Senior Management. Propose solutions to risks as applicable.

Business Expansion:
a, Responsible to lead and drive new technical projects, working with Sales Offices and Key Account Managers as needed, to meet client demand for further business development. Ensure that these new technical projects meet relevant risk assessment criteria from the BV perspective.

Experience
- At least 8 years of working experience preferably gained from 3rd party inspection/auditing business or relevant fields in merchandising and/or consumer products manufacturing.
- Experience in supervising and managing assignments across locations and teams.
- Experience in working in a global company across diversified cultures.

- Attention to details.
- Bachelor degree or above in Engineering or Business Studies.
