Job Responsibility & Accountability (Key roles, functions & accountabilities)

1. Daily Operational Routine
Handle daily technical inquiry or issues from WMGS, BV IAC inspection offices on a timely resolution.
Effectively communicate with WMGS technical team for clear understanding and alignment related to technical or operational requirements. Cascade into pragmatic action plan and execution by all BV operations;.
To coordinate risk technical assessment with GTS and to get pre-approval from VP-Global Operations, IAAS for key attributes with variance from BV standard practice
Channel new or changed technical requirements to BV GTS team and then work with GTS to complete all BV technical documents (IFI, protocols, DCL, training materials etc) by following the internal Technical Change Management process.
Verify and follow-up of incomplete information on Approval samples

2.Program Management
Take the lead to handle the technical/operational complaints or outstanding cases by following the global process IMP/CAR
. Request regional operations to initiate prompt corrective actions and improvement actions in the relevant due time. Monitor the implementations.
Timely escalate operational and outstanding issues which are potentially negatively impacting business or customer satisfaction to N+1, N+2 and top management if necessary.
Set up and drive regular meetings with WMGS technical team to ensure a timely review WMGS technical requirement per product category and IAC inspection technical performance

3.Technical Calibration and Training
Continuously monitor and set up the periodic shadow audit by engaging BV inspection office and GTS, so as to verify whether IAC operations have executed the program process with qualified performance
Timely review and identify the needs of inspector’s training. Work with GTS and inspection office to organize internal training, Train-the-Trainer and refresh training. Maintain the training material and set up the on-site assessment criteria.

Required Skills & Qualifications (What skills are required for this position)

Qualifications:
Demonstrated ability to work with WMGS, determines their requirements, define and assist in solving problems, and generally ensure their total satisfaction with BV CPS.
Ability to work well under pressure to handle crisis situations and balance several tasks simultaneously
Must possess strong work ethic and excellent client service skills to ensure effective, responsive client interaction (internal and external)
Be confident, highly efficient, and self-motivated
Knowledgeable in BV CPS IAC operations, procedures and capabilities or any testing/inspection industry experience preferred
BE able to work independently, as well as in a departments environment
Superior ability of dealing with analysis and of providing solutions in a time sensitive environment
Possessing strong interpersonal communication skill
An energetic, motivated self-starter who are able to lead and help staff

Required Skill:
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills;
Language requirements, fluent in both written and spoken English /Mandarin/Cantonese;
Bachelor degree or above, respectively majored in hardline/softline/electrical industry and other technical discipline.
Specific knowledge in toys /footwear industry is preferred above 7-10 years manufacturing and quality control experience. For others product, it is preferred above 5 years manufacturing and quality control experience.
