职位描述
? Responsible for all account activities related to the company’s strategic client(s)/customer(s).
? Call on named major accounts to cultivate relationships, identify opportunities and increase sales. Cultivate relationships with potential new customers in respective region.
? Responsible for achieving optimum global, national or strategic sales consistent with budgeted profit and selling expenses.
? Develop sales plans and budgets for achieving sales goals in conjunction with subordinate sales positions.
? Responsible for building targeted sales pipeline consistent with the Divisional goals.
? Implement value-enhancing service initiatives which will strengthen customer dependency.
? Understand and communicate customer and end-user needs and wants.
? Develop strong relationships with Sales Team and accounts.
? Work with Marketing to plan and implement for all or some of the organization’s product line national sales programs.
? Provide product recommendations, samples, technical support, pricing and service information on demand.
? Provide product quotes and actively utilize value-selling tools and skills.
? Uncover and assess customer needs and develop and execute Value Proposition (Aligning Value).
? Demonstrate products and/or services and provide assistance in the best application of product and/or services.
? Creatively develop new applications for product lines.
? Establish pricing programs and strategies. Secure optimum product positioning within target accounts.
? Provide exceptional customer experience for business partners and prospects to develop long-term business opportunities.
? Navigate complex problems and structures to determine the best solutions for customer needs.
? Collaborate with other business units to evaluate volume, identify trends, ensure quality, and monitor budgets.
WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:
? Speaking and Writing fluency in English and the native language of the region.
? Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to interface with a diverse population and various business functions. Effectively connect their needs to unanswered questions for exploration.
? Proven record of developing and maintaining relationships in a competitive market.
? Self-starter and collaborative team player. Self-motivated with high level of energy, ability to work with limited supervision and demonstrate business maturity in areas of decision-making and conflict resolution.
? Skill in communicating complex ideas effectively, both orally and in writing and making presentations to large groups. Ability to work well with all levels of management and employees.
? Skilled in preparing professional written proposals.
? Must be able to champion new ideas. This will require excellent organizational and people skills, project management skills, with an ability to openly convey information to team members in a timely, concise manner.
? Demonstrated successful experience in a sales position that involved negotiating complex transactions with upper-level management positions or similar experience.
? Skilled in developing sales penetration and growth strategies at targeted accounts. Proficient in assessing customer needs.
? Excellent negotiation, financial, mathematical, and business acumen skills needed.
? Thorough understanding of product and technical information.
? Excellent customer service skills.
? Understanding of applicable computer systems, such as Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, and function specific software.
? Strong ability to work as part of a global team.
? Possess positive individual leadership qualities and assertiveness in influencing others.
? Ability and desire for career advancement.
