Division: EF Englishtown

The production Manager will be responsible for student study experience and successful study results. Lead a team to plan, coordinate, manage comprehensive and attractive activities to trigger out students study interests, encourage fully engagement by students with foreigner teachers. Create vigorous environment to help students speak real English, learn about different cultures and develop social skills with English language. The role will also contribute to sales targets by professional student service, improvement student loyalty and build out "Word of Mouth" for renew and referrals leads.

Direct Report to: Center Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate with centre sales, foreign teachers, develop and manage events monthly based on customer need and study goal.
2. Monitor event effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.
3. Manage event budget, ensure target number of events are achieved as planned.
4. Manage Life Club, its objectives, create, plan and follow through on special projects, this includes working independently and leading Student Service Officer to achieve set goals.
5. Responsible on encouraging students to use English only during all the Life Club events
6. Develop and maintain strong working relationships and communication with key center staff

Requirement:

1. Bachelor degree or above, overseas background is a plus
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, TEM8 is preferred
3. Over three years work experience in activity managerial position in fast-paced growth environment
4. Strong customer services experience is preferred; education industry background is a plus
5. Responsive to the needs and interests of consumers and schools
6. Creative, lively and dynamic with an entrepreneurial spirit.
7. Initiative, able to follow through the ideas with plans and actions. Eager to share ideas and execute with best practice
8. Deadline and detail oriented
