Job Responsibility
- Responsible for the product development with the supplier and technical support (Technical Design,

Cost analysis...) to the Sourcing team
- Responsible for Product and Packaging Master Sample, set up with Supplier
- Continuous Management of the Factory performance and the Corrective Action Plans
- Ensure proper cross-communication between Sourcing, QC teams and supplier, on all product development and

product-related issues.
- Build up and Manage Product Technical sheet, quality criteria and Inspection checklists
- Ensure that the product comply with the tests and norms
- Handle Product Quality issues and communicate with Quality Department
- Maintain good communication with the suppliers to make sure our quality requirements and standards have

been well informed to all suppliers.
- Follow up Supplier KPI

Job Qualification
- At least 5 years or above working experience with similar position.
- Be able to demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of furniture product and production.
- Fluent in English and Chinese
- Good communication skills
- Honest and high sense of responsibilities
- College degree or above
- At least 5 years working experience with similar position
