Job Responsibilities 工作职责

· - Manage the spare parts request from customer

收 根据顾客对于产品零配件的要求

- Analyze the customer claim and manage corrective actions with Product engineer

分析及与产品工程师跟进顾客的诉求

- Communicate with French customer service for the short and long term corrective actions

与法国客服中心进行有效沟通，保障顾客的诉求得到有效的跟进

- Negotiate spare parts supply with suppliers

根据顾客要求，就零配件事宜与供应商进行有效沟通

- Ensure Spare part procurement leadtime

确保产品零配件的按时到达

- Arrange shipments of spare parts to customer (air freight or sea freight)

安排 产品零配件的运输， 包括海运或者空运

Job Requirement 岗位要求

- 1 - 1 year or above working experience with familair

1年1 1年或以上类似工作经验 (跟单或客服经验)

- - - Service minded

具备 具备客服意识

--- - Patient, well organized

耐心 耐心并具备良好的组织及协调能力
