JOB SUMMARY:

?Participate in assigned cost reduction projects.
?Hands on maintenance of Price lists, market trends, material and processing costs tables.
?Cost analysis and Bill of material review and support.
?Vendor visits and documentation of results.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
?Develop and maintain a product and component cost database;
?Maintenance of price lists of products.
?Participate in cost reduction projects
?Benchmark cost of materials, components and finished goods;
?Analyze material cost trend, manage company request and end-to-end cost process management
?Participate in vendor visits, conduct time studies, document existing practices, and make recommendations for improvements.
Reports to Cost Manager – China


REQUIREMENTS:

?Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or Manufacturing Accounting (with extensive experience in manufacturing and product development);
?3 to 4 years practical experience in an analytical role in raw materials, product development and production costs; preferably in electronic/ plastic/ textile industry;
?Excellent understanding of costing systems, processes and production process
?A good communication skills internal, external and cross functional.
?Strong numerical and analytic mind; Proactive problem solving and attention to details.
?Honest, well-organized, result-oriented
?English writing should be proficient in CET 4 and oral speaking would be beneficial for enhancing communication with US office.

要求：
?工程材料专业背景，从事生产管理或生产会计（在制造和产品开发有丰富经验）；
?3到4年在原材料分析，产品开发和生产成本的实操经验；具有电子/塑料/纺织业等行业工作优先考虑；
?对成本管理系统，产品工艺和生产过程有很好的认识；
?具有对内部，外部和跨职能良好的沟通技巧。
?具有强大的数字思维和分析头脑；主动解决问题和注意细节。
?诚实，做事有条理，结果导向
?英语写作应在大学英语4级，口语熟练。
