Qualification Required:

1. Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent

2. Qualification required: CPA/ACCA

3. Strong analytical, leadership, communication and interpersonal skills

4. Good command of English and Chinese

Experience Expected:

1. At least 5 years' experience (big4 and corporate)

2. Proficiency in MS office, with intensive use of MS Excel & Power point

3. Proven experience in implementing accounting and management controls and supervising

4. Know full operation flow well, strong process knowledge, GL experience, engaged in audit, risk assessment & compliance project.

5. Working Knowledge on Oracle/ SSAP/ DMS, is preferable

Job Duties:

1. Assist FM to supervise the work of finance team. Review daily financial transactions and monitor relevant procedures.

2. Oversee the preparation of periodic financial/ tax reports and management analysis

3. Assist FM to prepare budget and forecast and support the budgetary control through timely budget variance analyses

4. Analyze and interpret operating results and provide value added operational enhancements to management

5. Develop and enforce internal control procedures
