Job Responsibilities:

-Based on the production demand, issue Purchase orders of related materials and send forecast to suppliers. Follow up to ensure OTIFQ materials arrival for production.

-Keep contact with suppliers to plan reasonable materials delivery schedule for production needs and monitor RPM stock control as well

-Arrange required materials and prepare DP for third parties production according to outsourcing plan

-Complete relevant reports on time: such as weekly supplier OTIFQ, PO gap etc.

-Collect the information about materials from quality, production, warehouse, suppliers or supply management. Resolve concerned RPM issues with relevant departments

-Attend RPM stock-take for in-house warehouse or supplier or third parties on regular basis

-Coordinate to settle bad payment issues

Job Requirement:

-Academy degree

-Fresh or with 1year working experience (prefer FMCG experience).

-Practical English skill and familiar with MS office

-Good communication skill

-Can work under pressure
