RESPONSIBILITIES
1. The daily routine operation related to size measurement communication of same to agent/factory and data input into the program, as well as communicate with Topeka package peers on any of non-conveyable, non-kosanable and overweighted shipment to make sure shipment flow into DC smoothly.
2. The communication of measurement results and data entry of necessary adjustments to the original specification sheets through communication with factory/agents and Q.A. To establish a solid system where all new products across all brands are tested and signed off for box and cartons size at the PPT ( Pre Production Stage )
3. Guide agent/factory to well understand the procedure and dimension requirement. Coach and manage core factory’s window person to ensure no additional Cubic meter.
4. Manage data verification between factories and suppliers to support MPC
5. Work with Suppliers and factories alike to standardize all box and color standards and implement throughout the PLG sourcing base.
6. Audit and work with suppliers to ensure that they meet our Social compliance levels.
7. Build and Implement and standard SOP for all new box sizes and cartons to enable PLG to reduce the costs of shipping by reducing the amount of air.
8. As required to communicate and work with the brands and material teams in Lexington and Asia to facilitate requirements on new products or changes to old products.
9. Associate Management
- Coach, support and share with fellow associates in performing effectively on the job.
- Maintain good relationship among teams

REQUIREMENTS
1. 3-5 years in the shoe and or packaging industry
2. Relevant experiences in Administrative Job
3. Proficient in English (oral and writing) and computer skills.
4. Self Starter, Driven to succeed.
