岗位职责：

1、全面负责公司电子商务的战略步履与目标制定；

2、负责提升内容经营能力，提升商品品质，拓展内容来源，提高转化率与成交额；

3、负责制定运营规则并落地实现，精品内容建设，重点单品经营提升。

4、负责电子商务部的制度建设、运营管理、人员培训；

5、负责制定电子商务部门的计划及目标管理

6、负责规划、开发、创新网络营销模式并推进实施；

任职要求：

1、大专以上学历，电子商务、程序开发、市场营销等相关专业，具备电商类目运营、内容管理能力；

2、 5年以上中大型电子商务营运经验，能有效策划全年工作计划及监管营运效益，具丰富经验获优先考虑

3、熟悉电商行业运作与规则，了解行业内典型产品的模式与逻辑；具备活动/专题策划能力，有文档化的能力。

4、 具有务实，敬业、精益求精的工作作风，较强的表达沟通能力与协调、组织、执行能力及创新精神和团队合作精神。
