Job Requirement:
1. Get PS Quality Requirement Section and Inspection standard completely for each product and make sure it is fully understood & followed by inspectors.
2. Internal & external test / 3rd party laboratory testing arrangement and follow up failure
3. Get sign off sample ready before inspection.
4. Factory audit follow up and improvement.
5. Quality issue follow up and improvement (CAP).
6. Support multiple teams
7. Get test standards for raw material and raw material analysis done properly
8. Research & develop test / inspection method /fixtures.
9. Evaluate / Validate production process, and if necessary, give out suggestions on cost down /
efficiency improvement.
10. If necessary, work with customer quality people to work out test plan / test standard for special
new projects."
Capacity Requirement:
1. Fully understand and properly use QC tools (statistical analysis tools, FMEA etc.) for quality control and
Improvement.
2. Independent working with high quality
3. Trouble shooting / Prospective study and good capacity for reporting (MS, PPT etc.)
4. Fluent in English both for writing and speaking
5. Engineering thinking is preferable
