Main Responsibilities: 主要工作职责：

Supervise daily job of inspector, monitor and guarantee daily operation goes smoothly

Provide guidance and instructions to coordinators during daily operation

Inspection order review and follow up

Provide Man-day quantity and review quotation

Cooperate with scheduler to assign some jobs

Review inspection report and other files included in handling kit, e.g. cost log, cover sheet, JCS, COC, raw data sheet etc.

Inspector briefing/debriefing

Control/check inspector trip expense

Monitor inspector’s performance

In charge of junior inspector training

Conduct mystery inspection, on-site supervision and factory visit

Participate COP/IFI/protocol initial and updating.

Answer technical/operational related enquiry

Meeting with the client/factory/vendor assigned by manager with technical support if needed

Perform any other job assigned by manager

Follow up CAPA, CCR, internal audit and other related issues.

Key Requirements 关键要求：

Bachelor degree, majored in relative industry or other technical discipline, knowledge in inspection or relative products is preferred

Above 2-3 years manufacturing experience

Be familiar with inspection system and QC tools

Good communication skill

Good command of English, especially written

Sound PC skills

Integrity and high sense of responsibilities

People management skill

Other Requirements 其他要求：

Team leader or take supervisor role for more than 2 years is preferred
