职位描述
Key Responsibilities:
? Liaise with manufacture to ensure raw material availability；
? Monitor, report and action any short fall with raw material changes；
? Understand any product related sub contractor activities；
? Flag potential product delays that might affect delivery；
? You will need to track in real time from purchase order placement to shipment；
? Schedule timings for Quality Control inspections, both for final and work in progress；
? Ability to train factories in how to plan and report back information to Griffin expectations；
? Communicate and liaise with Griffin purchasing on any schedule change；
? Make recommendations for production capacity planning；
? Provide analysis and updates to head office；
? Work closely with manufacture to ensure delivery expectations are met；
? Recommend and suggest methods for improved work flow and cost controls；
? Monitor production methods with ability to recommend change to the manufacturer；
? Examine and assess factory production forecasts are a true reality to associated Griffin purchase orders；
? Ensure close interaction with the Griffin purchasing and operations team to understand order requirements；
? Initiate early warnings to manage and control production deviations with manufacturer；
? Liaise with Griffin local production engineering for manufacturing issues as they arise；
? Internally communicate any material change in manufacture that makes change in production lead times；
? Proactively progress and track order status back to the USA production & Griffin senior management；
? Attendance at factory during initial production runs；
? Ensure packaging availability to manufacture；
? Evaluate production methods and report on cost saving opportunities；
? Dealing fairly with new and existing manufacturer or partners inline with Griffin Manufacturing Agreements；
? Report any product/manufacture risks - assess options for improvement；
? Provide direction and support with production and quality opportunities as needed.
