职位概要: Job Summary

人力资源和薪酬管理助理需要为客户的员工起草劳动合同, 招聘函,离职单等人力资源相关的基本文件。并收集员工信息将员工的每月社保,公积金账户转接到客户的公司帐下。每月根据客户需求完成工资表,工资相关的财务报表, 个税申报,工资单准备及发放的业务。同时,要具备客户沟通能力(英文),能够适应和解决客户的日常业务需求。

The HR and Payroll Administration Assistant position requires the employee to help draft for employment contracts, offer letters, certificates of termination and other basic documents required during the HR administration process on behalf of employees working at our clients. It is also necessary to gather information related to employees relating to their social insurance and housing fund and ensure that they are affiliated to the company’s account. Every month the employee should complete the payroll master file, various financial records, individual income tax filings, preparation of payslips and payment of salary to employees in accordance with the client’s requirements. The employee should possess adequate ability to communicate with clients (in English), and be able to resolve problems and requests raised by clients during daily work.


主要职责:(基本功能)Principal Responsibilities: (Essential Functions)

●员工信息收集
Collection of information relating to employees

○及时完整地收集员工基本信息,从客户人力资源管理经理收集员工的工资信息
保证员工信息的保密性
Promptly and thoroughly collect basic information relating to employees. Maintain the confidentiality of employee information collected from the client’s HR Manager.

●社保和公积金
Social Insurance and Housing Fund

○熟悉国内各城市社保公积金的比率,基本操作要求
Be familiar with the rates of housing fund and social insurance across cities in China, and with the basic procedures for operation of the system
○根据客户需求,为客户开立社保和公积金账户
Open social insurance and housing fund accounts on behalf of clients in accordance with their requirements
○根据客户需求,为客户开立社保和公积金付款需要的银行账户
Open bank accounts to facilitate the payment of social insurance and housing fund for clients in accordance with their requirements
○正确将员工的个人社保,公积金账户转入、转出公司账户
Accurately implement the transfer of employees’ individual social insurance accounts and housing fund accounts into and out of the company accounts
○每月员工的费用缴纳及时、准确
Ensure that each month the employee contributions are made on time and accurately
○需要补缴费用的,要与客户沟通,保证及时准确
In the event that some supplemental contribution becomes necessary, communicate with the client and ensure promptness and accuracy

●工资报表的计算
Payroll Calculation

○熟练掌握Payroll system的操作
Become proficient in using the payroll system software
○正确上传所有工资计算相关的数据到系统中
Accurately upload the various salary calculation components into the system
○从系统中导出完整的报表并检查数据的准确性
From the system export the completed reports and check them for accuracy

●个人所得税
Individual Income Tax

○正确掌握个人所得税的计算方法
Comprehend the correct methodology for calculation of Individual Income Tax
○确保员工的个人所得税按照正确的税种申报
Ensure that the employees’ Individual Income Tax burden is filed within the correct tax category
○完成每月的网上个税申报
Complete the monthly online tax filing work
○熟悉外籍员工的个税申报流程及相关政策
Understand the process and related policies for the filing of Individual Income Tax for non-Chinese employees

●工资发放
Payment of Salary

○根据客户批准的工资表准备批量工资发放表
Prepare the salary transfer file in accordance with the master file approved by the client
○熟练掌握网银系统中关于工资批量提交的步骤
Understand the process for uploading of the salary transfer file onto the bank’s online system
○协助客户完成每月的工资发放
Assist the client to complete each month’s release of salary to employees

●工资条
Payslips

○打印并检查工资条信息的准确性
Print out and check the accuracy of the information on payslips
○根据客户的要求将工资条邮寄或送达到指定部门人员
○Send the payslips by express mail or hand them to the appointed person in accordance with the client’s requirement

●人力资源服务
HR Administration Services

○对劳动合同法有一定的了解
Develop a reasonable understanding of the labor contract law
○可以用劳动合同标准文本为客户准备招聘函及劳动合同和离职通知手续
Based on templates relating to employment documentation, prepare for clients offer letters, employment contracts and certificates of termination as required
○在客户需要的时候提供现场服务,帮助新入职员工完成合同和其他文本的签订手续
Provide on-site assistance when requested by clients. Assist new employees to complete procedures relating to their employment contracts as well as other HR documentation

●其他任务
Other Duties

○执行上级分配的与人力资源和薪酬代发相关的任务和特殊项目
Implement special projects and duties relating to HR administration and payroll as directed by managers
○作为公司内部职员,对管理层提出工作相关的意见建议
As an employee of the company, provide suggestions and opinions to the management level of the company
○酌情参予与客户相活动(资源现场,客户培训等)
Participate in client events, as appropriate (resource on-site, client training, etc.)

教育背景 Educational Background

?学士或职业学校专业本科毕业或同等工作经验
Degree from a university or vocational college, or job experience providing similar skills
?人力资源,经济类专业
Specialization in HR or economic background

经验 Experience

?有1-2年外资企业工作经验或人力资源相关经验者优先
Applicants with 1-2 years of experience working in a foreign invested enterprise or those with experience of HR work will be preferred
