JOB SUMMARY :
To proactively manage and handle all aspects of the customers' product sourcing, product development, sampling and bulk production business that they channel through Quiksilver (Asia) Sourcing Ltd, and for which China and off-shore production is involved.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
1, Follow up all aspects of product development including fabrics, lab-dips, trims, embroideries and screen printings.
2, Manage, coordinate and expedite both prototypes and samples to ensure correct and complete prototypes, salesmen samples, production concerned samples and shipment samples are delivered on-time and to the right places.
3, Communicate and liaise with customers, sources and factories to ensure timely and accurate answers are provided for all requests on product sourcing, product development, sampling and bulk production.
4, Negotiate costs and prices with customers, sources and factories to ensure attainment of both the required profit margin for QAS and the customers’ realistic target prices, yet securing the product/product range integrity and quality.
5,Manage all deliveries of bulk production goods are correct, complete and on-time; also need to manage QAS WEB and the customers’ intranets to generate correct and updated data for information exchange within the group.
REQUIRIED QUALIFICATIONS
1. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
-- should have wide range products handling experience – bags, luggage, wallets, caps, hats, beanies, scarves, gloves, belts and footwear.
2. Minimum Educational Level
-- College graduate or above; Grade 6 or above in English Test.
3. Minimum Work Experience
-- At least 6 years in AXX industry, and at least 3 years in leading role.
4. Others
-- Multi tasks player.
