Job Description:

· Responsible for the procedures of technical measurement method, construction, specification, size grading,

fitting and other technical aspects.

· Work with vendors on pattern training/calibration, issues, corrections and trouble shooting.

· Participates in fitting sessions with technical partners/designers when needed.

· Evaluates garment and makes pattern adjustment for development and production garment

· Trains, coaches & calibrates vendor's pattern marker work from blocks, follow pattern grading standards and

shrinkage applications.

· Train and coach team members to further enhance their job performance to next higher level, build team spirit

and increase sense of belongings.

The Requirement:

· College degree or equivalent work experience.

· 15 years of relevant experience in the garment industry in knit and woven

· Strong technical skills in garment pattern, construction and fit.

· Good command in English, Chinese and Putonghua.

· Proficiency in PC applications.

· Good interpersonal and management skill.

· Occasional trips to factories are required.
