Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for analysis, review and tracking of newly fixed asset investment

- Responsible for monthly investment project status report

- Lead the preparation of ERP system implementation, work with IT, operation customer service, finance teams and external consultants to drive data integrity and manage project process.

- Responsible for preparation and coordination of group internal control procedure.

- Develop and improve financial processes: finance and management reporting tools, budgeting and estimating processes, standard procedure of finance functions

- Work closely with functional finance teams and provide on site support if necessary

- Other tasks assigned by China finance director

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree or above in accounting and finance, additional professional certification in finance and IT is preferred.

- Deep understanding of accounting and finance function and familiar with ERP system

- At least 6 years of working experience in international foreign company, and minimum 2 year in manager role; working experiences in investment project management and ERP system implementation is high preferred

- Fluent in spoken and written English

- Clear thinking and problem solving abilities and strong communication skills, successfully led cross-functional projects /process improvement within operations/finance function; Able to quickly grasp new ideas

- Solid IT skills, experience with financial system(i.e: Oracle, SAP, COGNOS, Business Objects, etc,),strong Excel skills in data compilation and aggregation(i.e. pivot tables, VLookup, and Macros)

- Assertiveness and flexible, being open to change (positive or negative) in response to new information, different or unexpected circumstances, and/or to work in ambiguous situations

- Self motivated, take initiatives and leadership where necessary
