POSITION DESCRIPTION
The Sales Manager is responsible for the commercial activities provide in his assigned area and directly reports to the South China Area Sales Manager.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create, maintain and improve the relationship with customers.
- Search and contact new possible customers.
- Introduce to the customers all range of products and promote our brand and activities.
- Cooperate with customers to analyze in details the market situation.
- Provide to the Area Sales Manager monthly report with the next six months forecast.
- Provide to the Area Sales Manager the Customer's order approved.
- Provide to the Area Sales Manager the Customer's order collected by phone call or e-mail and approve it on behalf of customer.
- Take care of the customer claims and supervise the process until the end.
- Connect the customer with after sale service and coordinate the service activities.
- Organize the visit of the sales man working in his area.
- Verify day by day the performances of the people working on his area.
- Provide to the Area Sales Manager weekly report of the progress of the market on his area.
- In advance provide to the Area Sales Manager one week plan of the commercial activities and then daily report about the activities done on his area.
- Collect information necessary to learn about the customers' satisfaction on his area.
- Verify the correct payments and collection of payment from customers.
- Investigate on the activities of competitors or new possible competitors on his area
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- University degree or above with engineering background.
- At least 5 years sales or marketing experience in the related industrial fields, with 2 years' experience in management role.
- Fluency in spoken / written English; Good command in Excel, Word, Windows, Power Point.
- Willing to travel; Interview skill; Negotiation skill; Communication with impact skill.
- Business Acumen; Good sensor knowledge in transmission industries; Negotiation skill; Market analytical skill; Customer Knowledge; Building Relationship with Customer.
