Education & Experience

1.Minimum 8 years of Sales and Customer Service management experience in manufacturing industry.

2.Sales or Marketing Degree with experience in sales and marketing of FPC or FCCL materials.

3.Good technical knowledge of high precision electrical / mechanical manufacturing process for components use for consumer portable devices, such as computer and cell phone applications. Knowledge Of sales and Marketing Management.

4.Familiar with solution selling and key account management.

5.Good presentation skills, Good interpersonal skills, problem solving and strategic thinking.

6.Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, Mandarin and Putonghua.

Areas Of Responsibilities

1.Provide Service and assistance to customers both local and international. Communicate with the strategic customers at all levels through visits and performance reviews. Liaise with customers for all commercial and sales follow up. direct issues to the appropriate responsible party and act a liaison to ensure customer satisfaction.

2.Liaise in planning process to develop the Annual Sales Plan and monthly rolling sales forecasts / re-forecasts.

3.Monitor performance of the Strategic Customers against targets Work closely with internal teams in order to assist in cultivating and penetrating the targeted strategic customer.

4.Collaborate with internal and external function and operations to deliver the required service. Manage the complete sales process from the onset of proposal development, respond to RFQ,

5.Actively participate as a member of the Strategic Business Management Team in developing and implementing strategic and solutions.
