Job Responsibilities:

Develop advanced polymer formulation to fit in key market requirement.
Perform analyses and test to determine the performance of polymer in production and to ensure quality is meeting & exceeds customer's expectation..
Establish technology roadmap in research and develop for application and formulation science in meeting future demand of the company.
Mentor less experienced researchers to develop competency in coating formulation and application.
Work effectively with different teams on multiple projects concurrently


Job Requirements:

PhD in Chemical Engineering/Chemistry/Material Science/Polymer Science or related disciplines
10 years' industrial experience in design, formulation and manufacturing of epoxies, acrylics and polyimide coating preferably base laminate industry
Familiar with applying advanced professional chemistry principles and practices to the solution of technical problems
Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills
Independent thinking, ownership and result-oriented
Teamwork, multitasking and dedication to work safety
Proficient in Microsoft office
Good command in both spoken & written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
