职位描述
Position: Senior Sales Engineer
Location: Chengdu
Main duties:
Be responsible for driving revenue growth in Southwest
China area, initially focused on the Chengdu/Southwest China market.
? Responsible for generating new sales opportunity for assigned territory
? Identifying and recruiting strategic partners
? Responsible for developing customers and maintaining their satisfaction.
? Maintains positive ongoing long-term relationships with key customers.
? Responsible for developing new application to open new market
? Responsible for the managing either of a list of channel partners and/or a partner in a given geography.
? Responsible for the channel quota development, as well as the partners' and
end-users' satisfaction.
? Managing relationships and business plan as well as associated activities
such as marketing, advertising, sales promotions, training and other
? Responsible of the technical support in Southwest China region (Mainland China).
? Responsible for investigating, planning and leading the marketing events in
assigned territory
Requirements:
? Bachelor degree or above with major of Chemistry or Optical Electronic
Engineering is preferred
? At least three year experiences in sales, ideally experience in spectrometer
and spectroscopy
? Experiences with channel management is a plus
? Strong communication skills and good at conflict management is a must
? Must be discipline, be able to work solely and across a small team
? Fluent English in both speaking and writing is required
