General Description 职位描述
Develops Human Resources policies and procedures for the entire company. Originates Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide a balanced program throughout the facilities. ● Formulates and recommends Human Resources policies and objectives.制定和推荐人力资源政策和目标。
● Determines and recommends employee relation practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale.决定和推荐 能建立积极的雇主与雇员关系的人力资源实践,促进高水平的员工士气。
● Identifies legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting the Human Resources function. Monitors exposure of the company. Directs the participation of information requested or required for compliance. Approves all information submitted识别会规影响人力资源功能的法律要求和政府报告方法。监控公司的参与。 按(相关法律要求和政府报告方法的)要求,指导信息的参与。批准提交的所有信息。
● Protects interests of employees and the company in accordance with company Human Resources policies and government laws and regulations. Approves recommendations for terminations. Reviews employee appeals through compliant procedure.按照公司人力资源政策和政府法律法规 保护员工和公司的利益 。批准解约。通过相关流程,审核员工上诉的相关过程

● Oversees standard recruiting and placement practices and procedures. Interviews executive-level candidates.监管标准化的招募和安置实践和过程。面试主管的候选人。

● Defines all Human Resources programs, and authority/responsibility of Human Resources and line management within those programs. Education & Experience Requirements 教育背景和所需经历
● Requires a bachelor's degree in a related area. 要求有相关领域的 大学文凭
● At least 8 to 10 years of experience in the field or in a related area. 至少有8到10年的相关工作经验
● Working knowledge of federal, state and local employment legislation. 有当地的就业立法的相关工作经验
● In-depth knowledge of Human Resources Practices and Procedures in all areas of the Human Resources Function.对人力资源的功能在所有领域的做法和流程有深入了解
