职位描述
Job Duties:
* Assist in the execution and implementation of corporate HR strategies and initiatives
* Implement corporate HR programs and other change initiatives (e.g. M&A, staff integration etc.)
* Provide feedback on HR change programs to Global Business Partners for possible enhancement
* Deploy retention initiatives to facilitate talent development, mobility and retention
* Implement corporate / stream-based talent initiatives
* Facilitate career development, staff mobility and retention of high potential employees of the business streams (e.g. Management Trainees)
* Review turnover analysis and provide recommendations on critical talent issues
* Provide counseling service to and handle grievance cases of staff
* Offer solutions to day-to-day HR operational issues
* Provide guidance on the implementation of local HR policies and systems
* Discuss staff issues and provide recommendation accordingly
* Provide advice on strategic planning in response to organization restructuring
* Work with Global Business Partner and line management on relocation cases to ensure compliance with relocation policy and expatriate relocation process
* Communicate with expatriate employees on relocation related issue and provide logistics support
* Perform other duties as assigned by Management
Job Requirements:
* Bachelors degree in Human Resources or Business Administration or equivalent
* Minimum 8 years experience in HR management experience in the multinational companies
* Experience working with cross culture and countries is preferred
* Experience dealing with employment issues, including but not limited to recruitment, employee communication, performance conversation and employment arbitration are required
* Excellent counseling, communication, negotiation, interpersonal skills
* Excellent customer orientation and be able to work under pressure
* Meticulous, pro-active, methodical and process oriented
* Strong analytical aptitude, sound project management & problem solving skills
* Oral and written fluency in English and Mandarin required, fluency in Cantonese is a plus
